50th Anniversary Fundraising Pillars-$5,000,000
Howard University School of Business (HUSB) is gearing up to raise $5M as a major segment of the 50th Anniversary campaign. The Board of Visitors is spearheading this effort, along with a 50th Anniversary Committee, which includes prominent alums, leading philanthropists, and university partners, to offer the needed resources to elevate the opportunities for Black and brown students from around the diaspora. The monies raised will go to support scholarships, business programming and centers, and operations within the school of b. With a community of nearly 8,000 alumni, the business school is strategically addressing the faulty areas of student preparation, financial need, and student retention and development—to move Howard Forward.
The School of Business provides support to undergraduate and graduate students in need of financial assistance. Through donations, we are able to supplement students with the funds they need to continue their dream of pursuing a degree from Howard University and moving on to successful careers in their major. The scholarships are awarded to deserving students who display academic excellence, strong character, and a desire to make a significant contribution to the business world.
